职责

1.为生产设备和用于生产制造的工具设备提供维护、修理以及技术支持。
2.提供机器故障原因分析及预防措施，确保设备保持良好的状态以便减少故障时间。
3.帮助采购和安装新设备。
4.通过经过验证的方法限制机器参数以确保生产过程的基础和质量严格。
5.不断改进机器和设备以及整体设备效率的改进。
6.保存最新的技术资料。
7.联系设备供应商购买零件以及设备修理。
8.确保生产场所维修区域的清洁度和整齐度保持高水平。

职位要求

1.具有良好的机电类液压或气压系统的知识及良好的计算机控制系统和设备管理的知识。
2.高中或同等以上学历。电气或机械工程相关专业。
3.至少3年的制造行业机器设备维护经验。
4.良好的人际沟通能力
5.良好的计算机操作技能。
6.工作积极主动有责任心，良好的团队精神。


Responsibilities
1. Maintenance, repair and technical support of production equipment as well as tools devices used in manufacturing.
2. Machine trouble-shooting；reason analysis and find preventive solution to ensure the equipment in correct condition so as to minimum downtime；
3. Assist the purchasing and installation for new equipment；
4. Qualify machine parameter by validated methods to ensure foundation of product process and quality firm
5. Continuously improve machines and equipment. OEE improvement
6. Keep technical documents up to date.
7. Contact vendor of equipment for parts and repairs
8. Ensure shop floor is at high level of cleanliness and tidiness of entire maintenance area

Requirements
1. Good knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic system, good knowledge of mechanical and electric. Knowledge of computer controlled system and equipment management is a plus.
2. High school degree or equivalent or above. Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Good computer skills.
6. Be initiative and responsible. Team player.
