工作职责

1. 在系统里收货，根据发票和采购订单核对收货。
2. 打印条形码并按货物种类张贴。
3. 打印工作订单和部件标签。
4. 制作物料使用表并分发。
5. 检查物料使用情况。
6. 在系统里结束物料收发。
7. 系统里的物料转移。
8. 按月进行物料盘点并将相关信息报财务部。
9. 定期进行库存盘点/库存准确性检查。
10. 记录所有物料转移和清除。
11. 最小化积压库存并且清除废弃和无用的物料。
12. 每日更新物料库存情况并报生产和采购部。

岗位要求

1. 至少2年仓库收发货经验，需有制造业库存管理经验。
2. 有相关采购和ERP，MRP系统操作经验者优先。
3. 熟练使用电脑。
4. 英语读写熟练，能操作英文ERP系统。
5. 基于满足客户需求基础上的良好的沟通能力。
6. 能够承受工作压力并在工作安排密集的情况下积极主动、有成果的工作，同时注意细节和工作质量。
7. 良好的学习能力、适应能力及改进工作的能力。

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive incoming materials in the system, verify the count of the incoming material stock with invoices and purchase orders.
2. Print material tags and distribute.
3. Print work orders (Travelers) and Part labels.
4. Generate material usage sheets and distribute.
5. Cross check scans of material usage.
6. Close out materials in the system.
7. Transfer materials in the system to different locations.
8. Conduct material inventory and submit to accounting on monthly basis.
9. Periodical inventory counting /inventory accuracy checks.
10. Maintain a record of all transfers and disposals.记
11. Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant materials.
12. Daily review and update of inventory of materials to production and purchasing.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in warehouse receiving and shipping, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
2. Working knowledge of ERP and MRP system and purchasing.
3. Good personal computer skill.
4. Be able to read and write in English and use English ERP system.
5. Excellent communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
6. Able to work productively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure while maintain attention to detail and quality.
7. Be willing to learn, improve and adapt.
