工作职责

1. 协助在系统里输入生产通知单并生成销售订单/任务单
2.在系统中操作任务单，如美国总部需要需将完成的任务单电邮给总部
3. 打印任务单和部件标签
4. 通过部件图纸合并任务单和标签
5.监督操作工以确保任务单正确执行，收集已完成的任务单
6. 与生产主管密切合作确保准确高效的完成生产计划
7. 监督物料供应，与采购和库管协调以保证生产有足够的原材料供应
8. 维护未完成的订单
9 每日检查更新生产状况
10.其他工厂经理分配的工作

岗位要求

1.良好的中英文沟通能力和表达能力（说和写）
2.优秀的组织、分析能力，电脑操作熟练
3.至少2年生产计划经验，有钢结构公司经验者优先
4.良好的ERP系统知识
5.熟练使用office各软件
6.注重细节，工作仔细


Duties and responsibilities

-Assist in inputting takeoff and generating SO/Travelers in the system, and eventually take over the responsibility.
-Open and close work orders (Travelers). Email completed Travelers list to headquarter if applicable.
-Print work orders (Travelers). Print part labels.
-Combine Travelers and labels with part drawings in packet.
-Oversee the operators to ensure the Travelers are scanned. Collect completed Travelers.
-Work closely with team/group leaders to ensure production schedules can be met with accuracy and efficiently
-Monitor material supply and coordinate with purchasing and inventory controller to make sure there is enough raw material inventory for uninterrupted production.
-Maintain back orders.
-Daily review and update of manufacturing status
-Any other duties as directed by Plant Manager.

Requirements
-Good oral/written communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Chinese
-Strong organization, analytical, and computer skills
-Minimum 2 years of production planning experience. Experience in Steel Structure Company is a plus.
-Strong understanding of ERP system
-Good knowledge on Microsoft Windows and Office programs
-A strong attention to detail is imperative.
