PURPOSE OF THE JOB 工作目的

完成产品设计及相关任务，确保产品图样及设计文件达到正确、完整、统一、清晰的目的，提高产品可靠性，以保证产品技术性能满足客户要求。

Fulfill product design and related works and ensure product drawings and design documents are accurate, complete, and uniform as well as clear; improve the reliability of products to ensure technical performance of products meet the customers’ requirements.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要责任

1. 参与本部门新、老产品设计及优化设计技术工作，确保工作的及时和准确，以提高产品设计质量、降低设计成本，为公司能够按合同要求完成供货提供前期保证。
Take part in the design and the optimization for existing and new products of this division and ensure the timeliness and accurateness so as to improve the product quality and decrease the design cost and provide prophase assurance for the punctual supply according to the requirements of contracts.
2. 完成与客户、设计院及其他相关部门的协作、配合与服务工作，为产品生产过程提供及时准确的相关技术支持，确保生产制造顺利进行，并满足顾客合同的要求。
Fulfill the coordination, cooperation and service for customers, design institutes and other related departments to provide timely and accurate technical support for production so as to offer the assurance for the smoothness of production and meet the requirements of customers and contracts.
3. 校对相关产品图样及设计文件，保证及时、准确。
Check related product drawings and design documents and ensure the timeliness and accurateness.
4. 采用新技术、新材料，确保产品技术在同行业保持先进水平并满足公司发展需要和客户要求。
Ensure our products and technology remain advanced level in the same field and meet the requirements of customers and the development of our company by adopting new technology and materials.
5. 编制产品、零部件代码和BOM清单工作，确保物料数据的准确性和及时性。
Be responsible for compiling codes of products, parts and components as well as BOM list and ensure the accurateness and timeliness of material data.
6. 负责为公司的产品招投标及推广提供必要的技术支持，以满足客户招标的要求。
Be responsible for providing necessary technical support for tender and promotion of our products to meet requirements of customers for bidding.
7. 针对客户端发现及反馈的与设计有关的产品质量问题，负责及时处理。
Be responsible for dealing with the quality issues of products related to design from customers in time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES: 知识，技能，经验和资格

1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，机械或相关工程类专业;

Min. 3 years work experience with college degree, mechanical or relative engineering major

2. 能熟练使用CAD、office等办公软件;

Proficient in using AutoCAD, Office and other office automation software

3. 具有较好的沟通能力和团队意识。

Good communication skills and a strong sense of team spirit
