SCOPE:

• Answer for whole product and new process and customer quality management to sure the products meet company quality standards, industrial standards, government regulations and customer's requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead IPQC team member answer for whole product and new process and customer quality management.
• Develop, evaluate, revise and apply quality control plan. Monitor process key factor status and finished products OQC inspection.
• Manage product`s customer complain. Lead and track team finish root cause analysis and provide 8D report to customer in time. Monitor corrective and preventive action finished.
• Ensure activities and items are in compliance with company quality standards, industrial standards and applicable government regulations. Ensure quality meets with customer's requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or refrigeration engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality management in SMT and electronic assembly industry. Have ability to use quality analysis tools to solve problem.
• Familiar with PPAP and APQP process. Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office & Minitab.
• Good communicational, organizational skills and team spirit
• Good spoken and written in English
