Job Description:

- Take change initiatives to lead and follow up Lean and Kaizen acticities.

- Implement and regularly update the Lean implementation plan on championing business goals and objectives.

- Ensure continuous improvement based upon continuous projects of Kaizen events. Require a hands-on approach driven by results.

- Lead 5S activities.

- Utilize most or all of the Lean Manufacturing tools and strive for continous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience, knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S.

- Open-minded and willing to change.

- Good computer skills in all aspects of Microsoft Office.

- Be able to communicate in English.
