Job Description:

- Take change initiatives to lead and follow up Lean and Kaizen activities.

- Implement and regularly update the Lean implementation plan on championing business goals and objectives.

- Ensure continuous improvement based upon continuous projects of Kaizen events. Require a hands-on approach driven by results.

- Lead 5S activities.

- Utilize most or all of the Perf(x) tools and strive for continuous improvement

- Drive internal and customer required Poka Yoke solution.

- Support set up of new production lines, routing changes, standard operations, and etc.

Requirements:

- BS degree or equivalent in a related field

- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S

- Open-minded and willing to change

- Good computer skills in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

- Be able to communicate in English
