Responsibility:
-Generate capital appropriations for equipments and processes and maintain capital & expense budgets
-Select, negotiate and purchase motor manufacturing equipments and tracking delivery on time
-Install, de-bug and startup new equipments, master for setup and trouble shooting skill
-Assist in the generation of factory layouts and utilities specifications for new production line
-Provide equipment/process specific training for maintenance and production associates
-Contact with equipment manufacturer for maintenance and rebuild services of manufacturing equipment
-Managing equipments tooling usage, order spare tooling and evaluate when parts arrived
-Design tooling and fixtures for new products and improve the tooling and fixture of current production
-Find and develop local suppliers for tooling, equipment and new process etc.
-Participate in sample making and pilot run, feed back process comment to design team
-Tracking and maintain process capability and OEE
-Continuous improvement of process via Kaizen activity
-Work with quality team analyze and solve process issue, and seeking the opportunity of Poka-Yoke
-Write and update OEM and provide support to operators'On-Job-Training.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering/engineering.
-Minimum 3 years work experience in high volume manufacturing environment in a manufacturing engineering role.
-Ability to communicate well in English both in oral and written form
-Good analytical skills
-Computer software to include, Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project,Various engineering tools and measuring devices
