岗位职责：
1、了解及掌握国家及地区相关土地政策，收集整理调研可开发土地信息；
2、编制目标项目的可行性研究及经济测算；
3、负责公司项目的前期手续报批工作。
4、负责维护当地相关政府部门关系；
5、负责组织所有开发项目的前期手续的报批报建工作；
6、负责组织房地产开发项目的规划工作岗位职责；
7、领导安排的其他工作及部门管理工作。
任职资格：
1、专科以上学历，2—3年以上房地产公司前期工作经验；
2、熟悉房地产前期开发流程，对主管部门的报批保健工作有丰富的实际操作经验；
3、对待工作认真负责，思维清晰，良好的表达能力、沟通能力、公关能力。
