岗位职责：
全面负责营销部各项工作，整合调配公司营销资源，完成所在项目的的推广策划工作，建立客户资源网络，销售渠道，完成销售任务，为项目持续发展创造利润，优化部门内部组织管理和人才培养。

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，理工科专业
2.8-10年工作经验，其中地产经验最好长于代理行或大致相当
3.从一线销售做起，精通策划，销售，品牌推广，招商，团队管理
4.至少经历过4个以上完整的项目，至少做过2个商业地产项目，了解商业地产的运作模式及特点
5.在国内或当地的一线房地产公司或代理行工作过
6.至少1-2个项目同岗位工作经历
