2．岗位描述：

l Responsibility for extrusion line , press line, packing and inspection production managerment, to ensure company’s goal in quantity, quality, cost , raw material consumption and so on..

负责挤出生产线，硫化,包装及检验的生产管理, 确保完成公司的产量，质量，成本，原材料消耗等目标

l Responsibility for safety management，to ensure no serious safety accident. 负责安全管理,确保无严重的安全事故。

l Responsibility for production plan implementation to ensure order implement and delivery on time. 负责生产计划的组织实施，确保订单的完成和按期发货。

l Monitoring extrusion line and press process parameters to ensure meet specification sheet.

监控挤出及硫化工艺参数,确保符合工艺表。

l Responsibility for troubleshooting any problems with various types of quality issues to ensure high quality product.

负责故障排除各种类型的质量问题,确保高质量的产品。

l Responsibility for Operator arrange and check on work attndance management ，performance evaluation.

负责人员管理,出勤管理和员工绩效考核

l Responsibility for Raw Material consumption control

负责原材料的消耗控制。

l Responsibility for Productivity improvement , scrap and waste reduce .

负责生产效率的改进和废品,废料的降低

l Responsibility for Production report audit.

负责生产报表的审核

l Responsibility for new employee training .

负责新员工培训

3. 要求：

l Preferabler university degree as Rubber Engineering /Material science or other relevant technical subject

橡胶工程/材料科学或其它相关专业本科毕业.

l Experience as workshop supervisor or process engineer in a rubber company over three years.

具有在橡胶企业三年以上车间主管或工艺工程师的工作经验。

l Experience of extrusion and press would be an advantage .

具有挤出及平板硫化的工作经验优先。

l Experience of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing or similar experience would be an advantage. 具有持续改进，精益生产经验的优先。

l Team work and able to create a positive collaboration wit superior and peers.

具有团队合作精神，能够与上级和同事积极的合作.

l Around 30 years of age.

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE). In China, we have HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) Company Limited, Stellana Wheels (Qingdao) Company Limited and Gislaved Gummi(Qingdao) Company Limited.
HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) company is an HEXPOL wholly owned subsidiary registered in January of 2006, in Linggang Industry Zone of Qingdao.
