Accountabilities:

Training specialist/supervisor is mainly responsible for training part. Implement HR strategy, establish training and development requirements, formulates training policy and organizes training courses to support business operation.

-Drive and deploy training and development programs including training needs analysis, training plan, organizing, and follow up evaluation to reduce capability gaps

-Identifing training courses and acting as a part-time trainer to deliver the courses

-Identify, assess and select appropriate resources to support the implementation training initiatives according to company strategy

-Support talent management process to ensure continued growth and successful achievement of business objectives.

-Develop employee relationship to achieve satisfied employment agreement.

-Drive & facilitate the implementation of performance management process

-Drive and implement company social programs or other initiatives

-Establish/overview training records and relevant documents filing and reporting assistant

- Other affairs related HR function


Requirements:

·Bachelor or above degree major in related area.

·More than 5 years demonstrated working experience in training area, multinational manufacturing background is preferred.

·Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office.

·Ability to drive results, driving change, business understanding and teamwork.

·Workable English skills.
