Responsibility:
1.According to the production plan, effectively organizes production, produces quality products on scheduled time;
2.Supervise staff to ensure that all machining tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated safely;
3. Check and optimize the machining process and tools, saving cost;
4. Guide, training and supervise all machining operator
5. Responsibility for Machining workshop people performance
6. Be involved in the continuous improvement and safety activities;
7. Coordinates with the related department to solve the problems;
8. Conducts other duties deemed necessary by Deputy Machining Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related areas;
2.At Least 5 years machining supervisor management experience in automotive industry or manufacturing industry,
3.Familiar with machining program and software, such as Auto CAD, Pro/E, etc,
4.Troubleshooting skill and good team management experience
5.Excellent communication skill,both written and spoken English;
6.Good quality sense.
