1. 负责推动整个潍坊地区（潍坊森达美港有限公司，潍坊森达美水务有限公司，潍坊海卫疏浚有限公司）的信息化建设，对信息化发展做出长远规划，向管理层提交分析结果，提出前瞻性的解决方案。

2.督促并监督潍坊地区网络系统、计算机系统、监控系统、电话系统的正常运行。

3. 协调部门做好IPMS、SAP等系统维护，保证系统的正常运行。

4.加强数据的保密和安全工作，防止泄露，监督检查潍坊地区的各种数据备份工作。

5.组织制定和执行年度预算计划，加强成本管理，确保成本费用受控。

6.做好潍坊地区的人员管理。

7.协助领导开展各项相关工作，完成上级交办的其他工作。
