一、职位职责

1、根据公司经营战略目标，负责制定物流发展战略与方针，建立并优化与公司国际化发展相匹配的物流管理与服务配送体系。

2、负责开展物流公司物流服务与管理整体调研与策划工作，管理物流运作要素，规划及指导实施物流方案与计划，打造核心竞争力。

3、负责指导制定公司物流管理的制度，规范工作流程，创新优化管理体制，提高物流管理水平、服务能力和效率。

4、负责公司物流运输服务网络规划，指挥做好运输调度和运输线路、运输方式等的优化组合、管理，提高公司运输效率。

5、提升物流服务信息化、自动化水平，全面做好物流信息系统的引进开发、应用维护与配套系统接口工作，确保系统持续稳定运行。

6、根据公司物流规划与发展，负责打造高素质、高技能的专业化管理与服务团队，提升员工队伍整体素质。

二、任职资格

1、50周岁以下，物流管理或相关管理类专业本科或研究生学历。

2、10年以上大型生产制造类企业物流管理从业经验，其中至少具备5年以上全面负责物流管理工作的经验，熟悉或在轮胎企业中做过产供销运营的优先考虑。

3、了解现代国际化企业物流管理模式和实践经验积累，能够指导相关物流管理模块工作。

4、有很强的决策能力和解决问题能力，面对复杂疑难问题能及时做出正确决策，能承受高强度工作压力。

5、较好的沟通协调能力，有一定亲和力，善于沟通，对事业充满激情，精力充沛。
