Main Duties:

1. Monitor the database update;

2. Update Training calendar in weekly basis;

3. Coordinate with the three schools' trainers to execute the plan.

4. Support in sending out the training invitation for all schools

5. Monitor all training facility and logistic supplies are in good condition to use

6. Update Training Budget and Training Plan, and update cost in monthly basis

7. Handle on Training Request form process, update and Ensuring that Training job number use in appropriate basis

8. Prepare training equipment and copy of handouts on time prior the class

9. Prepare supply items report in weekly and monthly basis.

10. Support Training manager as below

(1)Help to Key in some standard and professional forms from JRM or Batam, if we can not get electronics documents

(2)Help to build up QMW own -professional term dictionary, to support our Business development, to build up a good model in AP area;

(3)Help to hold some basic orientation training in first year, if training manager is too busy to handle.

(4)Help training manager to set up better training statistics system and report system at beginning, training manager will spare more time to pay attention to critical training projects, and total system implementation.

Requirement:

1. Basic HR knowledge

2. Minmum two years experience in training

3. Fluent English communication

4. Willing to learn ,communicate with others and help staff to development
