岗位工作职责：

（1） 维护项目形象，对楼盘进行宣传；
（2） 对来电来访者进行推销、登记、跟进及成交合同签订；
（3） 全面掌握楼盘情况，为客户提供满意的买房咨询服务；
（4） 制定个人销售方案，严格按照公司销售价格和交房标准进行销售；
（5）进行市场调查，收集相关市场信息，挖掘潜在客户
（6） 保持销售案场的清洁，爱护公司财物。

岗位要求：

（1） 大专及以上学历，专业不限；
（2） 一年以上房地产行业、高端物业或奢侈品、业绩优秀、参加过行业相关培训者优先；
（3） 形象气质佳、综合素质高，沟通表达和交际能力强；
（4） 性格活泼外向，知识面广，有一定的特长者优先；
（5） 踏实进取，能够承担一定的工作强度及压力；
（6） 吃苦耐劳，具有强烈的责任感和良好的服务意识；
（7） 男士身高1.70米以上，女士身高1.60以上；
（8） 有知名开发商项目销售经验者优先。
