We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Supervisor/ Manager to join our organization in Qingdao, China.

SCOPE:

• Responsibilities include all of activities related to the inside/ outside warehouse management and import/ export business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Define and implement warehouse management specifications to ensure raw materials and finished goods are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory and packaged timely, normatively regularly and safely. 负责制定、执行公司仓库管理规范，保证原材料存放的及时、规范、整洁、安全。
• Ensure the security and accountability of raw materials within inventory control and materials are available to meet production schedules completely. 确保原材料在库存控制之内，能够完全符合生产的需求。
• Ensure the security and accountability of finished goods within inventory control and they are available to meet marketing schedules completely, improve the inventory turnover ratio and reduce the inactive stock. 确保成品库存控制能够完全符合市场发货的需求，提高库存周转率，降低呆滞库存。
• Establish and modify operational methods and procedures. Maintain system and documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory activities to ensure accuracy of accounts and transactions. 建立和完善仓库运作的方法和流程，维护系统和文件管理以提高库存效率，确保账目清晰、账务处理准确。
• Be in charge of the management of outsourcing warehouse and resolve relative affairs of it. Control all warehouses' logistics cost strictly, calculate, verify, submit and track all fees timely. 负责公司外库的管理，解决外库相关事务，并严格控制全部仓库物流成本，对仓库各项费用及时统计、核实、申报和跟踪。
• Be responsible for the import and export business issues. 负责进出口方面的业务管理工作。
• Provide immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules. 对员工的及时管理，任务分配，效率检查和时间安排的管理。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates' Degree or above, more than 8 years working experience of warehouse management in manufacturing factory 专科以上学历，8年以上制造业仓库管理的经验
• Hands-on & " can do" attitude 亲身实践和勇挑重担的态度
• PC skills, good organization skills 良好的计算机运用技能，良好的组织能力
• Good communication skills 良好的沟通能力
