1. 计算机相关专业专科以上学历，三年以上工作经验；
2. 熟悉掌握.NET开发技术，熟练掌握.NET Framework，具有一定C# 、ASP.NET、ASP、Java Script、XML 、WebService开发经验；
3. 有一定.NET、SqlServer、MySql数据库开发的经验，具有.NET企业框架下多层结构及分布式系统开发经验；
4. 熟练掌握C/S,B/S开发的各种技术细节问题；
5. 能处理IT桌面相关问题，简单网络故障；
6. 具有良好规范的文档和编程习惯；
7. 具备团队合作精神，对工作有热情，能够在一定压力下工作，能服从公司安排；
8. 有ERP或是OA等相关软件开发经验者优先；
