About Us
We are a venture-backed start-up going after a multi-billion dollar opportunity that sits at the intersection of eCommerce, large scale predictive analytics and social game mechanics. Think social and mobile commerce apps that engage consumers the way Farmville does, think large scale data processing using technologies like Hadoop in the Cloud, and think predictive analytics that is built on deep mathematics. The Position
You will be joining an experienced founding team with proven track record. You will play a major role in shaping the company. We leverage cutting-edge technologies like Hadoop, Java, Flex and Facebook and Google API. We don't require you to know ALL of these but do require you to be a quick learner. You will contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle, including product requirements, architectural design, technical analysis, implementation, and QA.

Requirements
1） Bachelor's degree and or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
2） 3+ years of experience in Java server technologies and development of scalable, multi-tier web applications and full lifecycle application development
3） In depth understanding of various Java technologies including EJBs, JDBC, Servlets as well as XML related technologies
4） Familiarity with open source application development frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate and application servers such as JBoss
5） Strong problem solving and debugging skills
6） SQL experience is required
7） Good English in reading, writing and speaking is required. (CET4 is a must)
8） Good communication and inter-personal skills; Self-motivated and team work.
