Working Location: 太仓

Job description

*Together with the Managing Director abroad for Sales and Marketing, develop and implement the sales and marketing plan for China.
*Full responsibility for the region, customer and business (volumes, profitability, business development, customer relations, secure customer communication, communicate customer- and market information) for existing as well as new customers
*Work actively with increasing marketing and sales activities in China
*Expand the sales within present segments as well as develop sales within new segments
*Keep good relation with key customers and try to increase sales both product and quantity wise.
*Give product presentation and arrange seminars for present, as well as potential clients.
*Pricing and Quotation management. Shall be able to arrange solution-based quotations.
*Distributor management, responsibility for sales and sales support to distributors by creating and qualifying leads from potential customers in China.
*Recruit and train Sales Engineers.
*Guide and drive Sales Engineers in leads collection through clients visiting and customer needs surveys
*Work together with the Production and Quality departments, in order to provide the customer with full satisfaction, all the way from the first sales meeting through production and delivery.
*Ensure that market information as well as quality problems are communicated to the Production and Quality departments as well as to the Managing Director for Sales and Marketing
*Use own knowledge for flexible cooperation in order to contribute to the company development

Requirements:

*University degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing or Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
*Already existing relations within targeted businesses in China.
*Extensive Experience from Sales management in China
*Ability to identify and build relations with interesting prospects
*Extensive experience from industrial sales.
*Ability to build, develop and manage key customer relations
*Ability to built relationships with customers and distributors that are at high levels within their organizations
*Dedicated to selling and with ability to create strong sales within his/her area of responsibility.
*Ability to coordinate with the engineering and production departments in order to provide the customer with 100% satisfaction.
*Ability to motivate and develop staff
*Good command of written and spoken English
*Project Manager skills and a Structured way of working (CRM knowledge)
*Good communication and negotiation skills
*Good presentation skills
*Well developed computer skills
