职位描述

Job description


*Manage the Finance and Accounting department
*Develop the accounting functions in relation to A/R, A/P payroll etc
*Manage the annual audit, liaison with the auditing firm
*Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting both to Head-office and relevant authorities in China.
*Quarterly forecasting of results and cash-flow
*Follow-up and cost control
*Receive and record customers orders into the system
*Send orders to warehouse staff ( outsourced function ) and make sure the order is produced and delivered to customer.
*Manage warehouse inventory ( outsourced but controlled by company)
*Import & Export management
*Assist the Head-Office in the operational analysis of the business
*Analyze monthly financial performance and report information to Head office in oversea headquarters
*Further develop monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting systems.
*Further develop budgeting systems
*Prepare cash flow analyses and monitor company cash position.
*Improve cash flow and work actively with A/R.
*Development and implementation of internal control systems
*Ensure compliance to finance related government rules and regulations including tax and banking.
*External Financing
*All other administrative issues
*Ensure that company regulations are followed among the staff
*Competence development of the staff in the financing/ accounting departments

Requirements:


*University business accounting/ finance graduate with experience from a manufacturing or trading organization.
*Over 5 years working experience in finance/accounting
*Experience in managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting and monthly close processes. Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
*Leadership skills to ensure implementation of policies, procedures and when necessary, corrective actions.
*Strong IT application skills
*Experience from Import and Export, Logistics and warehouse inventory is an asset.
*Experience from working in a foreign company environment
*Strong written and oral English communication skills.
*Quick decision maker.
*Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and presentation skills; Ability to interact at all levels across cultures.
*Experience from IAAS ( international Accounting and Auditing standard )
*Chinese CPA (preferable)
