Title Accounting Manager (manage a team with 2 Accountants)

Reporting to Business Controller, China

Job Description:

*Be the main contact between the company and Configuration & Logistics Center in China (CLC), in charge of product costing, inventory reporting, margin analysis, lead annual physical inventory activities

*Lead a small team and oversee the entire accounting function, taxation and annual joint inspection, responsible for month-end closing and group financial report

*Coordinate both internal and external audit, this includes hard close audit, annual auditing, complete all audit package, coordinate audit from finance bureau and tax bureau

*Responsible for pre-study, implementation and management of finance project

*Assist business controller to develop and maintain a sound internal control system by documenting relevant control process and regular review

*Assist business controller in financial analysis to identify improvement opportunities

*Other ad hoc work as assigned

Requirements:

*University degree in Finance/Accounting

* Over 8 years working experience in accounting or audit in a multinational company, CPA is a plus.

*Familiar with ERP systems and knowledge of IFRS

* Good presentation skills, strong ability to collaborate across organizational boarders

* Good oral and written communication skills in English

* Strong sense of responsibility, solid and reliable, optimistic and smooth mentality.

*Be able to work under pressure
