Job description
? Together with the Managing Director, develop, implement and follow up the strategic marketing and sales plan for his/ her territory
? Together with the Managing Director, develop, implement and follow up the budget for the sales territory
? Develop monthly and annual sales targets and push for fulfillments.
? Work with identifying and contacting new potential customers and to develop the leads into projects in accordance with company processes and criteria.
? Actively work with increasing sales within present Build up long-term partnership with key players in the market such as developers, design institute, construction contractors as well as.
? Work intimately together with the Managing Director, Senior Market Manager in Sweden, the technical department in relation to sales and bidding
? Manage and maintain the sales database and keep it updated at all times.
? Work intimately together with the Managing Director and the Swedish plants, and feed them with information from the market in order for them to plan production and deliveries accordingly.
? Maintain and monitor records and reports, assist in controlling deliveries and assist the Accounting department with controlling A/R
? Ensure that market information as well as quality problems are communicated to the Managing Director as well as the production department.
? Coordinate with the Managing Director and the production facility to ensure that high quality products are delivered on time.
Requirements:
? University degree preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, HVAC and/or Sales and Marketing
? Extensive Experience from industrial sales, preferably experience from sales involving multiple stakeholders such as developers, designers and consultants.
? Proven experience in project solution sales. Strong track record from sales with high hit rates to new customers
? Background of minimum 5 years HVAC and or BMS System experience preferably from construction industry. Candidate must have proven capacity in relevant technical calculations.
? Candidate must have proven knowledge in industry lingo.
? Already existing relations among local design institutes, contractors and developers.
? Ability to built relationships with key customers that are at high levels within their organizations
? Good computer skills with proficiency in using Auto-Cad.
? Good Communications skills
? Good presentation skills
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Honest and responsible
? Experience from working in a foreign company environment
? Customer and result oriented with flexible approach
? Quality oriented
? Willing to travel frequently
