Our Client:
Our client is a global leader within energy efficient, including water treatment and water technology equipment.
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for their Sales Operation Department of china. This job will be:
Responsible for overall order management and improvement according to SH standards and policies.Responsible for overall supervision of customer service team and to ensure that customer service levels fulfill all internal and external customer expectations.
Manage and perform customer service functions including stock enquiry system, order management and filing system.
Support sales team to achieve company sales target.
Co-operate with Fin to do credit management.
The job location will base in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting
Develop department expense budget.
Order Management
Lead customer service team to be the single contact point for customers of all supply chain related issues. It provides services of:
A. Receive customer orders, confirm orders, and follow up orders with related teams and customers till ordered goods arrive at customer site.
B. Handle inquiries of inventory availability from customers
C. Other supply chain related service.
Lead customer service team to be the contact point of internal sales teams regarding all supply chain issues.
Work closely with sales team to update their order, sales, and forecast status.
Handle all supply chain related inquiries and communications with other internal teams.
Update the standard operation procedure of the business process.
Responsible to get voice of customers regarding the supply chain service, including customer complain management, expectation information and general survey (ECSS & ICSS), etc.
Provide monthly sales report, order fulfillment analysis report, timely feedback, and analytical information of sale performance.
People Management & Development
Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
