Training Manager (Retail)


Our client is a European company in fashion retail industry. We are looking for a training manager to handle all retailed-related training activities in Greater China.



Main Responsibilities:


1.Lead the training team to provide effective training and on-site support to retail stores; assist with the management to achieve sales target

2.Identify retail training needs and priorities for the individual markets

3.Communicate and coordinate with headquarters in defining training strategies and activities

4.Drive and implement the international retail training program and convey corporate retail concept in new and existing stores

5.Implement training-related campaigns in stores with ROMs

6.Ensure respect for customers and provide them with service second to none

7.Work with corresponding ROM, VM and sales respectively regarding all training matter





Requirements:


1.Degree graduate with Training or equivalent

2.Min 5 years of retail training experience, with at least 2 years in an International premium brand exposure to China market

3.Good sense and knowledge of fashion industry

4.Good understanding of fashion retail industry

5.Fluent English, both written and oral

6.Able to handle multi-tasking and travel overseas
