Multichannel E-Commerce Manager - Shanghai
On behalf of large European Fashion retail group, we are recruiting an experienced Multichannel E-Commerce Manager
- Shanghai based and report directly to the CEO of China (European national). You will be part of a serious start-up project with a very ambitious 5 years plan for China market!
Key Responsibilities:
? Deliver the Group multichannel strategy, build and grow the company’s multichannel business in China, including ecommerce and mobile, social channels and blogs, third party marketplaces, and technology inside of company’s retail outlets.
? Maintain service levels with warehouse, call centre, platform and design suppliers. Ensure operational efficiency across all channels.
? Ensure stock is managed to maximize sales and margin online
? Work closely with the marketing manager for opportunities to maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value; ensure all brand guidelines are adhered to across multichannel touch points
? Conduct marketing activities via social media, home page, advertising and in-store messaging.
? Manage agency relationships for digital marketing and social channels to drive traffic and enhance brand presence online.
? Work closely with the IT department to deliver continuous development of platform to maintain a leading customer proposition
? Develop and deliver an in-store roadmap to enhance in-store experience with technology
? Lead and develop the China multichannel marketing team
? Support Group Multichannel department on the global vision and long term multichannel strategy
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in business/digital marketing preferred
? Over 10 years of ecommerce/ multichannel experience in fashion retail, minimum 5 years in digital marketing
? Sound knowledge about Chinese social media and online business
? Chinese national with excellent verbal and written English skills
? Excellent communication and coordination skills
? Adapt to fast-pace working environment
? Self-motivated, agile, creative and flexible team player
