职位职责
- 生产工艺管理
确保新产品的试制过程和结果，确保生产过程中工艺的执行，确保生产过程中安全劳保用品的使用，保证生产的数量和品种符合生产计划的要求，现场生产管理
- 维护维修
确保预防性维修计划的制定和有效实施，管理维修工，准确有效的备件管理，控制备件成本，确保有效及时的抢修，
确保与MPC的沟通以保证设备和工艺质量的提高
- 确保在本人范围内有能力的培训的实施
- 执行本岗位的环境控制计划和纠正/预防措施

职位要求
- 具备ISO9001 基础知识；
- 具备SPC/DOE/FMEA 基础知识；
- 熟练的英文听/说/读/写能力- CET4及以上。
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 机械/机电一体化等相关工科专业
- 三 年以上质量工程师或工艺工程师工作经验。
