GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of SAP management, key product electronic data and paper catalog demands while aligning with company strategy, commitments and goals. Also providing the data analysis for business development including coverage report, applications check etc. Build up the good communication with European and US data team for mutual data exchange and consolidation.

· Responsible for SAP operation maintenance and will be the key user of SAP system

· Utilize strong automotive and aftermarket knowledge to create needed catalog and data outputs

· Conduct OEM research, maintain internal database and communicate coverage goals and opportunities to product management

· Plan, schedule and meet catalog and e-data project timelines

· Present catalog development reports to Marketing & Sales director defining progress, problems and solutions

· Assure maintenance of consistent corporate format for all catalogs and interchanges

· Command multiple computing systems in order to achieve the above

· Manage customer data traffic, requests and inquiries

· Evaluate e-commerce activity across the trade channels to ensure best practices

· Utilize strong computing skills to create needed marketing and data outputs

· Educate and manage direct reports on e-data, catalog programming and typeset needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Education - Bachelors degree

· Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management or Automotive Aftermarket

· Database development, analysis and deployment

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access

· Familiarity with multiple database structures (experience preferred)

· Qualification in project management or equivalent

· Understanding of B2B and B2C environments

· Exceptional computer skills (primarily Microsoft Access, HTML and XML)

· Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

· Experienced and open to liaising with multiple SMEs in order to manage projects

· Experience in SAP system operation management.
