职位描述

Responsibilities:


· Together with the China sales department and overseas technical department arrange for Selection of correct components and correct control equipment, airflow calculation, and duct calculations

· Engineering design/calculation of our solutions

· Support the Sales team and the distributors with information in relation to technology

· Support the sales team and the distributors in technical discussions with the customers.

· Support the sales team and the distributors with arranging customer seminars

· Support the sales team with preparation of tender documents and in technical tender discussions with customers

· Support the sales team to contact with existing customers and follow up on their purchasing activities and demand pipeline

· Assist Sales team to handle Quotation and prepare commercial proposals

· Train sales people, distributors and end users about our products and solutions and their technical specifications

· Train the installation contractor and provide them with proper technical instructions

· Give Support to Distributors and End user in connection with product-installation/troubleshooting/operation.

· Perform troubleshooting and problem analyses in-house and on customer site with the target of solving the customer’s problem in an efficient and professional way.

· Provide service and technical support, which meets or even better exceeds customer’s expectations.

· Collect feedback from customer and transfer this back to sales, production and quality departments.

Requirements:

· University Degree, preferable in electrical or mechanical engineering

· More than 5 years’ experience in technical application role

· English and Chinese communication skills

· Engineering and project management skills or willing to learn them

· Basic knowledge of frequency inverters and PLC’s

· Experience in trouble shooting and maintenance

· Experience in giving work instructions to the contractors regarding building up and maintaining of our equipment

· Experience in providing technical training to our customers internally as well as end users

· Experience in Complaint handling
