任职资格：

1.大专学历及以上

2.至少二年以上从事销售经验，食品加工业更优

3.专业：电气工程及自动化、自动化、机电一体化、控制系统等相关专业；

4.有良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神

5.中英文书面及口头表达良好

6.具有较强沟通能力，有敏捷的思维，能够吃苦耐劳，有强烈的服务意识；
7.熟练应用office 软件及outlook等常规办公软件

8.能够适应出差生活



Job Description for Sales Manager
职位描述



Major Functions:
The Sales Manager reports to Regional Sales Director of Urschel Asia Pacific.
He will receive support from Singapore office trials, pricing and technical
support. For service, commissioning and administration, he will receive local office support. Good
interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and company's personnel.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
To become familiar with current Urschel customers in his territories and to generate and penetrate
additional business and applications for Urschel equipment and parts.
Able to prepare quotations, provide technical assistance and recommendation to customers’
enquiry.
To make travel plan to visit customers regularly as per UAP regional objective, each customer has
to be visited at least once a year or for those rural area customer, once every two year.
Able to install and commission Urschel equipment on site as well as to perform simple & urgent
service job if necessary..
Write customer report for each customer visit, weekly reports & plans and update in Citirx
system.
Abilities to read and interpret manuals for Urschel equipment, attentive to detail, good problem
solving skills. Have mechanical ability to adept at safe operation of all machines and equipment
used in the food products field. Be able to detect improper operation and express opinion.
Assists customer in problem solving and explains company’s policies.
Able to act as company’s representative in extending hospitality or
making transportation arrangement for visitors.
Monitoring, retrieving and return of t-loan parts between customers, UCN and UAP.
Marketing

- Organize and participation in trade shows
- Gather and feedback market demands and competitors information

Others
Have a flexible domestic schedule that will allow occasional missed meals or late arrival home.
Familiar with computer usage to pick up existing software and preparing reports
Significant overnight travel
Able to travel within short notices
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
