We are a leading European producer of engineering steel for customers in the bearing, transportation and engineering industries. Our production covers low-alloy steels and carbon steels in the form of bars, tubes, rings and pre-components.

Job description


?Together with the Sales and Marketing team in oversea headquarters, develop and implement the sales and marketing plan for China.
?Work actively with increasing marketing and sales activities in China
?Expand the sales within present segments as well as develop sales within new segments
?Keep good relation with key customers and try to increase sales both product and quantity wise.
?Work with Identifying and contacting new potential customers
?Give product presentation and arrange seminars for present, as well as potential clients.
?Distributor management, responsibility for sales and sales support to distributors by creating and qualifying leads from potential customers in China.
?Pricing and Quotation management. Shall be able to arrange solution based quotations.
? Recruit and train Sales Engineers when sales expands.
?Guide and drive Sales Engineers in leads collection through clients visiting and customer needs surveys
?Analyze presented leads and decide on and implement follow up actions
?Work together with the Production and Quality departments in headquarters as well as with the outsourced manufacturing in China, in order to provide the customer with full satisfaction, all the way from the first sales meeting through production and delivery.
?Work together with Production and Quality departments in headquarters to provide the customer with a high quality service, making sure customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a professional and correct way.

Requirements:


?University degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing or Mechanical Engineering
?Already existing relations within targeted businesses in China.
?Extensive Experience from Sales management in China
?Ability to identify and build relations with interesting prospects
?Extensive experience from industrial sales.
?Ability to build, develop and manage key customer relations
?Ability to built relationships with customers and distributors that are at high levels within their organizations
?Dedicated to selling and with ability to create strong sales within his/her area of responsibility.
?Ability to co-ordinate with the engineering, quality and production departments in order to provide the customer with 100% satisfaction.
?Ability to motivate and develop staff
?Good command of written and spoken English
?Developed Project Management skills
?Good communication and negotiation skills
?Good presentation skills
?Well developed computer skills
