工作职责：

1、参与实施装备产品开发、研制工作，制定电气研发计划；

2、按研发计划完成电气技术文件编制、图纸设计、电气件选型、成本核算、采购计划的编制等工作，编制齐全的产品文件；

3、研发装备内部的电气控制系统及工程现场的电气施工设计、PLC程序设计、调试和文件编写；

4、负责装备电气调试工作，及时处理调试过程中的电气方面问题并改进；

5、总结装备产品研发经验，持续改进产品性能，并根据用户或公司的要求进行设计修改和设计改进，完成产品定型工作；

6、协助解决客户技术问题。

任职资格：

1、30周岁以上，本科及以上学历，电气及相关专业，英语四级以上，精通西门子S7、AB及三菱等PLC编程软件中的至少两种；

2、五年以上相关工作经验；

3、有轮胎及橡胶行业设备管理工作经历及有大中型装备生产企业研发工作经历优先；

4、能独立完成电气设计，有较强的动手操作及独立解决电气方面问题的能力；

5、责任心强，良好的沟通协调能力，能承受工作压力；

6、认同公司的经营理念和企业文化，有勤奋、敬业、积极乐观、主动进取的职业素养。
