工作职责：
1、负责对美的集团海外子公司经营状况、业务管理、内部控制等方面进行审计，发现问题与风险，并督促改善；
2、参与其他经营评价或管理类审计项目。
任职资格：
1、 40岁以下，本科以上学历, 财务、国际贸易或审计专业，英语听说读写流畅，有海外留学背景较佳；
2、 三年以上跨国大型制造企业内部控制、财务管理、或内部审计等工作经验，其中有一年以上的国外工作经历；
3、 熟悉内部审计业务的工作流程与方法，有较好的审计领悟力与敏感性；
4、 熟悉企业内控管理，对企业经营管理工作各方面有比较全面的了解和认识，有良好的沟通表达能力和组织协调能力。
