Job description

* Responsible for social and environment compliance audits at the factories in China.
* Carry out Factory Evaluation, Health and Safety inspection, and documents verification as well as workers interviews.
* Implement external auditing routines and grading systems in accordance with company internal standards
* Assess and report on factories performance regarding compliance with Supplier Code of Conduct regarding workers safety, social and environmental conditions
* Perform audits, issue Notifications of Corrective Actions and verify improvements
* Monitor applicable laws in China
* Further develop and manage the supplier database


Requirements

* University degree
* At least 2 years related experience in the compliance field, including SA8000 auditing and environmental protection. Electric products, Hardware background is an advantage
* Experience from working in a foreign company
* Knowledge and experience on audit of ISO, labor & compensation, health & safety
* Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of China
* Skilled in computer application in relevant software
* Good communication skill
* Good command of English both in written and spoken
* Willing to travel frequently in China
* Self-Motivated and with ability to work independently
* Driving license is a plus
