· Communicate and develop action plan to achieve goals and corporate vision to the internal members of the organization and suppliers so that everyone understands their role in achieving these goals and ensuring that the action steps are taken to ensure that goals are met.

沟通与制定行动计划为达到企业的目标和愿景于内部成员与供应商,让大家了解要实现的目标并确保采取的行动措施得以实现该目标。


· Lead, assist, groom, train and develop action plan for department head in the development and implementation of policies, operating procedures, forms, systems and facilitates changes in procedures, work flows, personnel assignments, and equipment as part of increasing management capacity and productivity.

领导,协助,培养,培训和制定部门主管的行动计划和政策,作业程序,表格,系统和程序上的改变,工作流程,人员分配,设备为提高管理能力和生产力的一部分。


· Establish and improve the integrated management system for the organization and timely organize various activities for communication with all employees to meet customer satisfaction and legal compliance critically for the success of the company.

· Formulation and approval of quality policy and objectives, environmental policy and objectives relevant for the development needs of the Company. Requirement of all employees to work hard to achieve the quality objectives.

制定并核准发布适合公司自身发展要求的质量方针和质量目标以及环境方针和目标,并要求全体员工为实现质量目标而努力工作。


· Plan, develop, and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and time scales. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.

· 规划,制定和实施经营管理和发展策略以符合在所预算和时间范围内履行所定下的组织绩效计划。建立并维持适当的制度,用于衡量经营管理和发展方面的需要。



· Lead , manage export sales and domestic (China) project , outsourcing towards increasing profit and continued grow of the Company through developing organizational culture, value and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers suppliers and etc .

领导并管理外销,内销与国内工程,外包/代工以提升公司的利润。通过与全体员工,客户和供应商等发展组织文化,价值观和市场信誉来为公司持续成长。


· Performs personnel administrative tasks, including coordinating and participating in the hiring and promotion process, supervising and training of new employees and the ongoing training of other employees, resolving unusual employee problems, and supervising employee time and attendance records.

执行人事行政任务,包括在招聘和晋升过程中的协调和参与,监督和培训新员工并对其他员工进行培训,解决不寻常的员工问题,及监察员工工作时间与考勤记录



Requirements:

要求:

· Age between 38-45. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

年龄 38-45岁。必须拥有认可的大专以上学历。


· At least 5 years of factory production and management experiences in door manufacturing business.

拥有至少5年在木门生产,操作和管理的经验。


· At least 5 years of sales and marketing experiences in door manufacturing business for domestic and export market with the ability to raise sales.

拥有至少5年在木门生产的内销或外销行业和市场营销的经验,并有提升销售的能力。


· At least 3 years’ experience as General Manager or Deputy General Manager in managing a manufacturing factory with at least 200 workers.

三年以上为总经理或代总经理和管理至少200人以上的生产经验。


· Excellent skills in formulating developing strategies and extensive leadership experience.

优秀为制定发展策略的能力与丰富的领导经验。


· Existing General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Sales Director in wood industry are encouraged to apply.

目前在木门行业从事总经理或副总,销售总监职务者也可申请。
