职位描述

一、国内销售经理

Domestic Sales Manager

职责:

Responsibilities:

1) 根据公司营销战略组织制定年度销售计划,根据年度销售目标制定工作计划和预算,并执行。

1) Develop annual sales plan according to the company's marketing strategy. Implement action plan in accordance to annual sales target and budget

2) 协助收集相关行业政策、竞争对手信息、客户信息等,分析市场发展趋势。

2) Perform market research in the related industry, collection of competitors information, and customer information, etc., analyze market development trend.

3) 组织市场开发工作,执行公司的销售政策,完成销售目标,完成收款计划,合理控制销售费用。

3) Organizing market development work, implementation of company's sales policy to achieve sales target, monitoring and pursuing the collection of payment, reasonably control of sales expenses.

4) 通过各种信息寻找新市场、开发新客户。

4) Identify channel opportunity and developing new markets / new customers.

5) 负责价格沟通,负责交货沟通,负责销售过程中的其他沟通

5) Responsible in pricing, delivery and sales process coordination.

6) 审查资料,提供报价,确认订单,传递发货信息。

6) Responsible in reviewing data, provide quotation and ensure order and production arrangement.

7) 负责对超账期货款的催收,催收无效应采取有效措施。

7) Responsible for overdue collection matter and initiate effective measures in recovery.

8) 通过日常与客户交流和对业务状况分析,关注客户变化,防止出现坏账和呆账。

8) Frequent communication with customers and understanding of customers’ business conditions to focus on any changes in the trade as a way to prevent bad debts.


9) 管理交付产品质量方面的问题,所有投诉或缺陷能够及时解决。

9) Manages quality aspect of products delivered and all complaints or defect are timely rectified.


要求:

Requirements:

(1) 28-45岁,管理、市场营销等专业本科以上学历;

(1) 28 to 45 years old, minimum bachelor degree in management / marketing from a recognized university.

(2) 10年以上企业销售工作经验,5年以上木门销售经理工作经验;

(2) Minimum 10 years sales experience with 5 years sales experience in wood door business.

(3) 有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神;

(3) High work enthusiasm and good team work spirit;

(4) 有相关的销售通道;

(4) Posses relative sales channels;

(5) 有优秀的沟通、协调、组织与开拓能力;

(5) Good communication, coordination, organization and development skill and ability;

(6) 通晓木门产品的国内行业动态,了解木门的技术知识和业务运作环节。

(6) Knowledgeable in domestic wooden door industry development, technical aspect and wooden door business operation.

二、

国外销售经理

Export Sales Manager:

职责:

Responsibilities:


1) 根据公司营销战略组织制定年度销售计划,根据年度销售目标制定工作计划和预算,并执行。

要求:

Requirements:

1) 28-45岁,管理、市场营销等专业本科以上学历;

1) 28 to 45 years old, minimum bachelor degree in management / marketing from a recognized university.

2) 3年以上木门外销经理工作经验,有国外木门销售渠道;

2) Minimum 3 years export sales experience in wooden door business with overseas business channel.

3) 精通英语,粗通一至两门其他外语 ;

3) Proficient in English and commonly know one or two other foreign languages;

4) 有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神 ;

4) High work enthusiasm and good team work spirit;

5) 有优秀的沟通、协调、组织与开拓能力 ;

5) Good communication, coordination, organization and development skill and ability;

6) 通晓木门产品的国外行业动态,了解木门的技术知识和业务运作环节。
