Position Summary
This role will work as a support for the CSO and the Communication Planning Director (CPD) in developing the best communication practices in China. Then through the job you will learn how to develop communication strategies, facilitate workshops, work with ideas, develop insights and present work in compelling ways.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and project manage key initiatives related to training, internal & external workshops, inspiration sessions, newsletters, etc.
Develop strategies and presentation for clients, independently or under guidance of the CSO/CPD
Write up cases for awards, PR, pitches, newsletters, etc
Assist on pitches and key client project with client teams
Requirements
A really bright person with growth potential, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Bachelor's degree in communication or related field\
3 years' experience from media agency or related field
Proficient in both English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to interact with all level of employees and able to work independently
Proactive, resourceful and able to work under pressure, able to perform multi-tasking function and meet deadline
