岗位要求：（Requirements and skills needed include）

1、监督管理并协调一线工人操作机器制造零部件或产品。

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating a variety of machines to manufacture parts or products.

2、协调生产计划的变化

Coordinates the production schedules shifts.

3、负责生产线的制造过程管理，确保安全、质量、交货期、成本目标的实现。

Responsible for all phases of manufacturing for a selected product line, ensuring that all safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are achieved.

任职资格：（Qualifications）

1、本科或以上学历，机械或电子相关专业

Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or Electrical related.

2、五年以上制造业工作经验

At least 5 years experience in manufacturing environment.

3、良好的沟通、协调技巧

Good communication skill and coordinate skill.

4、执行力强

Good execution and “can do” attitude.

职责描述：（Accountabilities:）

1、分析生产订单，估算生产时间，制定、执行高效的生产计划以满足内外部客户的要求

Analyzes work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs.

2、依据生产计划和物料需求，计算生产所需的物料、产品库存

Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area.

3、向工人解释说明生产计划、制造工艺，分配工作

Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.

4、根据部门情况计划物料流，依据工作流程合理开发、调整产线布局

Plans flow of materials through department and develops physical layout of machines according to work orders.

5、跟相关部门紧密联系，确保客户的需求得到满足

Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.

6、检查测量零部件和产品符合规格要求

Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.

7、指导工人调整机器设备，组织返工不合格产品

Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards.

8、制定调整工作程序，以满足生产进度

Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.

9、发展、建议、采取措施改善生产方式，设备性能和产品质量

Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.

10、在工作条件和设备应用方面提出改进措施以提高车间、部门甚至整个生产的效率。

Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
