Accountabilities:岗位职责

1. to plan production quality of new product

设计新品的产品质量要求

2. to set up in-process production quality control

进行产品过程质量控制

3. to manage quality control of final-product

产成品的质量控制

4. to handle customer quality complaint

处理客户质量抱怨

5. to manage customer satisfaction in quality

负责客户质量满意度

6. to train and coach quality inspector

对质检员进行培训

Qualification:岗位要求

1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, IE or quality

本科以上学历，机械电子，质量等相关专业

2. Quality work experience of 5 years or above in multi-national company

在跨国企业有五年以上质量工作经验

3. Good knowledge in PPAP, MSA, SPC, DoE and Reliability

在PPAP, MSA, SPC, DoE方面要掌握相关知识

4. Demonstrate the strong competence of problem-solving, especially in driving for results

有很好的解决问题的能力

5. Verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English with all levels people

一定的英语读写能力
