ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To supervise the DIP production operators, ensuring all procedures and Poka Yoke functions are being carried out at Standard times and Quality levels.

2. To perform all production operations such as machine pick and place ,wave process ,manual soldering ,coating,assembly ,test and packing.

3. To ensure operators fill out tally charts correctly and as required

4. To maintain operator discipline and improve performance levels.

5. Encourage continuous Improvement

6. To undertake any other duties as may be requested by your Manager

QUALIFICATION:

More than 5 years' work experience and 3 years in wave solder and coating production management.

Familiar with DIP process.

Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
