We currently have an excellent opportunity for a CI Manager to join our organization in Qingdao, China.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead plant-wide efforts on process improvement and productivity savings.
Project Deck.
Create and foster a Lean culture and embed Lean awareness into all levels employees' consciousness.
Partner with Quality organization, Production organization, and Supply Chain organization to effectively design metrics to capture performance gains.
Organize Lean on-site training and in-house training regularly in the plant-wide.
Maybe need oversee the operations key metric standard in APAC region.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Technical, Process or related fields
Manufacturing background
Lean Certification from a well-known Lean Consultant Firm or Six Sigma black belt certification is a plus
Demonstrate the strong competence of project management
Verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English with all levels people
