We currently have an excellent opportunity for a EM Process Engineer to join our organization in Qingdao, China.
SCOPE:
. The main responsibility of manufacturing engineer is to provide technical for production. He/she needs to develop technical document such as work instruction, process flow chart and PFMEA etc. Also he/she will be involved in problem solving and continuously improving.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
. Confers with design staff concerning design and development of new products to ensure efficient production methods. Coordinates the implementation of new products.
. Develops, evaluates and improves manufacture methods. Analyzes capacity and develops plans for new equipment.
. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Including analyzing work force utilization, space requirements, work flow and design.
. Creates and implements routings, standards, and production procedures including visual aids and work instructions.
. Develop and write equipment specifications, optimize quality and reduce defect levels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
. Bachelor's degree in electromechanical, mechanical or engineering.
. At least 5 years experience in manufacturing plant in process/ manufacturing engineering work field.
. Related certification & work experience for Lean & Six Sigma is a plus.
. Problem solving skills.
. Can-do attitude
