We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our organization in Qingdao, China.


SCOPE:
Develop, implement and coordinate company’s quality policies, quality objectives, together with Quality Planning, Control, Assurance and Improvement Programs to ensure the products could meet country, group, company and industrial quality standards, ensure customers receive product quality meeting their requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Define and specify the implementation of standards, methods and procedures of inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company materials and products. Lead and coach quality team members implement them strictly in quality control for raw materials, manufacture process and end products.
? Work with other function departments to deal with quality issues and complaints from internal and external customers, draw up effective solutions and take positive actions to solve the problems within the shortest time and minimize the loss of company.
? Take advantage of all kinds of quality management tools to analysis the status of quality and submit relative report to management team and customers. Partner with leadership to develop short and long term continuous quality improvement plans and sets strategic direction in connection with company’s quality objectives, strategies and processes.
? Design, implement and champion full integration of the company's Quality Management System, to ensure the whole system operate systematically. Organize audits from the internal/ external organizations, such as headquarter, customers and government relative institutions, to obtain relevant qualification and licensing.
? Design, staff, mentor and train the quality team member to cooperate together with other functions members, to achieve/ or exceed the company's annual quality goals and performance indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor or above degree in Mechanism or Electronics
? At least 10 years quality working experiences in a foreign company with 5 years whole quality management experience
? Be familiar with mechanical or electronical parts' inspections and process
? Be familiar with ISO9000, can use quality tools to do problem analysis
? Verbal and written communication skills in English
