职位概要 Position Summary:
全面负责公司产品的技术指导，有效保证对产品生产的技术支持的高标准化；督导、管理本部门下属的工作。
Be responsible wholly the technology for company production, take efficient method to bring technical support on production； also manage and supervise staffs in Tech Dep.
工作内容 Job Description:
统筹公司产品技术管理体系；
Setup the technology management system of company.
建立并完善技术管理流程与体系，制定和完善公司内产品技术的相关管理制度,并付诸于有效；
Establish and improve the technical of management processes and systems, to develop and improve the technical of the company's related product management system and into effective.
带领技术管理团队，实现公司对产品技术管理的战略目标;
Lead the tech team to achieve the strategic objectives of company's product tech management.
与相关部门进行有效的协调与沟通，确保给予生产部门足够的技术支持；
Coordinate with other departments efficiently and assure the strong technical support to production.
与国内外客户进行有效的协调与沟通，确保为客户提供高效的售后服务，并有效将客户对技术的要求信息传达至公司生产部门，以及后续对生产技术改进工作的跟进；
Do efficient communication with both civil or abroad clients on technolegy issues, and bring strong after-sale-service to clients, and also transfer the need information of clients on to production, and follow up the improving work of production.
及时处理生产中出现的技术问题，并付诸于有效的解决办法；
Deal with and techical problems during producing process, and implement the efficient solution for those problems.
督导下属工作，培训下属，不断挖掘员工潜力；
Supervise and train subordinate staff on QC or technolegy background, keep stimulating the potential of staff.
完成总经理临时交办的各项工作任务。
Fulfil other duties allocated by GM efficiently.
任职资格 Position Qualification:
教育背景 Education Background:
◆机械化焊接或相关专业本科以上学历。
Major in mechanized welding or other related field from university.
培训经历 Trained Record:
◆受过ISO9000等方面的培训以及相关技术管理的专业培训。
Have been trained in ISO9000 quality controlling and other management field.
经 验 Experience:
◆5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上技术质量部经理工作经验。
More than 5 years works experience and 3 years experience on position of Tech & QC manager.
技能技巧 Management Skill:
◆熟悉钢结构或金属制造业的产品技术管理；
Have systematic understanding and rich experience on tech management in field of metal structure or metal product manufacture.
◆熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力。
Be proficient in English.

         公司现有EWM、华远、松下、MIG、TIG、碳弧气保等品牌型号焊机近150台，激光切割、火焰切割、剪板折弯、行车、叉车、锯床、钻床、铣床等近80余台。2013年，为适应订单需求，购入了数控龙门加工中心、大型数控卧式镗铣床、数控立车及立式加工中心等数控加工设备。
         公司现有员工200余人，其中专科以上学历占30%以上，研究生学历占2%，拥有专业技术人员20余人。年产值过亿元。
