1. Minimum 10 years working experience in related industry
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager
3. Experienced in warehouse management, familiar with supply chain concept
4. Good communication skills and have to be able to speak/write English
5. Good people management skill, has be a good team player and work well under stress
6. Has to be systematic, energetic an being a hands-on person
7. Has to have basic accounting knowledge
8. Familiar with warehouse management system
9. Has to be familiar with basic Microsoft-word packaged
