Key Accountabilities

· Develop and implement production plans to maximize the use of the company's resources and meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, wastage target; and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

· Use Engineering plans, contracts, and production specifications to produce schedules and production

plans (MPS) and estimate the human resources, tools and equipment needed to manufacture products.

· Monitor production activity and analyse production data so that the flow of materials is timed meet

production requirements.

· Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labour shortages.

· Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests based on production schedules.

· Evaluate production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes and

calculate machine and operator loads.

Qualifiactions:

EDUCATION: College degree or above; receive relevant on job training

EXPERIENCE: At least three years of professional experience as a production material controller in manufacturing

industry

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English spoken and written communication skills

COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office, SAP-PP(production planning)

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Have technical understanding and know-how in reading BOM
