JOB PURPOSE

Plan, direct, and monitor all Final Assembly activities to maximize the use of the company's resources and meet established production assembling specifications and schedules; volume, cost, quality and safety standards.




KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure the adherence to the cost, deadline and quality objectives.

Functional and disciplinary managerial responsibility for the department.

Monitor, control and implement production schedules.

Plan and control the deployment of manpower.

Proactively point out potential disruptions and work out solutions to them.

Carry out project for improvements in the department.

Make continuous improvement of costs and quality, e.g. through Kaizen workshops.



QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Academic or above, receive Final Assembly vocational training

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 to 8 years in professional field& 3 years in management

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Well-founded knowledge and experience in the assembly of aircraft

passenger seats or related field and experienced in lean production.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English communication skills

COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project)```

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality assurance in team
Training of new workers
Interface with other teams
Communication with Line Supervisor
Improvement/Kaizen
Tools and equipment in team
Masters every assembly step in his team and knows all other
Quality feedback from CS to worker

INTERFACE:

Worker & Line supervisor

KNOWLEDGE:

Familiar with mechnical design drawings
Good technical skills, especially final assembly
Basic English required
