KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Making shipping strategy according to company business, support superior manager to choose suitable shipping suppliers for both international and local shipments.

Daily contact window with forwarder. Be responsible for daily import& export operations such as space booking, customs document preparation.

Ensure 100% on –time delivery to customer.

Be responsible to communicate with customs broker regarding daily customs issues such as H.S. code clarification, customs duty verification and VAT payment processing.

Familiar with International transportations routes, follow-up with GIT shipment, ensure on-time delivery.

Daily follow-up with order book, monitor on-dock date of sales order. Create delivery note from SAP and arrange order delivery.
Prepare packing list& proformal invoice for customs clearance.

Get quotation from forwarder, negotiate price, and invoice verification.

Calculate needed container quantity according to order volume. Optimize loading method to reduce cost.

Assist warehouse& team leader for warehouse management such as print transport orders from SAP, booking Q-report for re-work and organize cycle counting.

QULIFICATIONS

Education: Diploma or above

Years of Experience: 3 years in professional field

Language Skills: Good English communication skills

Computer Skills: MS Office, SAP-MM (Material Management) and SAP-WM (Warehouse
Management)
