JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate and conduct the payroll activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITUES

• Conduct and improve the work of accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions;
• calculating; overtime, shift payments and bonuses; maintaining payroll records.
• Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law.
• Administer C&B policies associated with payroll, salary administration and employee and labor relations.
• Maintain C&B related information.
• Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data, and conduct other analysis to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization’s compensation and benefit programmes.
• Any other possible jobs assigned by HR Manager.

QULIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: College degree or above;

EXPERIENCE: 3 years in HR C&B Function

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English spoken and written communication skills

COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project) user, SAP R3 skills (module PP)

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of C&B function. Oversea payroll or oversea C&B experience is preferred

KEY COMPETENCY: Good sense of digits. High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented
